We were commissioned by a customer to design and develop an oak staircase that would sweep out into the middle of the room.
This curved oak staircase was designed to sweep out into the middle of the room to act as a feature as well as a means to get between the first and second floors.
Each curved step was individually hand crafted and joined together in a way so that they support each other.
This staircase was designed to have “cut string” and “closed string” steps on the same flight to add another modern twist and feature meaning they really stand out in the room.
